Welcome to My 2023 Goals page.
Every year I set for myself a long list of goals I want to accomplish. I’ve been doing this for over 12 years now. And this year is no exception.
Setting ambitious goals is a great way to dramatically improve your life but also a great way of self-discovery.
Or as David Goggins said:
“I don’t know where my limits are, but I want to go there”
I set my goals in various areas of my life, such as: Business, Coaching, Personal life, Health & Fitness, Profile, and Value.
Since 2017, I’ve been sharing my goals publicly along with monthly updates on my progress.
You may be asking… Why?
THESE are my five reasons
- For those who are thinking of working with me, I want to show that I walk my talk.
- I want others to see me fail. Wait, what? That’s right. Failure is an essential part of progress. Pursuing ambitious goals never goes smooth. That’s part of the game. I hope that when others see me facing my challenges, they will drop the idea of perfectionism and get on with their goals and dreams.
- I want to inspire you to be more courageous with your own goals, and be more driven, committed and disciplined.
- I want to show you how I get stuff done, how I set goals and how I work towards them so you can apply it for your own growth.
- Lastly, when I share my goals with you all it creates the pressure and accountability I need (and want) to push myself. (Trust me, I don’t always feel like it either. But so what?)

So that’s it. Leave me a comment below and let me know what you think. Did it inspire you?
Do you think I’m playing it safe (I dare you!).
Let me know what goals you’re working on. I want to know!
if you’re really serious about your goals, let’s talk about what you’d be able to achieve with my coaching support and accountability.
2023 could (should) be your best year yet!
START HERE.
THE FIRST STEP IS SIMPLE.
BOOK A FREE DISCOVERY SESSION WITH ME AND LET'S DISCUSS YOUR GOALS, YOUR CHALLENGES, AND HOW WE COULD MAKE A GREAT IMPROVEMENT TO YOUR LIFE.
I’ve been more than inspired by your goals, your structure and your progress over these last 2 years and have been working on my own goals much more diligently because of it. So I first wanted to simply thank you for sharing this time and time again as it continues to motivate and inspire me to continuous improvement.
I am curious though how you measure all thesr goals. Do you have some form of automation setup from apps which populate an Excell sheet or other virtual type of table with the data or do you manually keep track of all of them and update the totals each every month?
I’m looking to do something similar with my own Goals and have tried several approaches, but the constant manual tracking is something I want to avoid as much as possible.
I’d love to hear how you’ve been tackling this and your approach.
Thanks and stay Awesome !!
Hi Marc, thanks a lot for your comment and for following my journey over the years.
As for the tracking system – I have a google sheet with all the goals and monthly updates + totals (also the % etc). I update it once a month and decide what to focus on in the next month based on the progress.
I’ve looked into various systems to automate the updates but it would require so much setting up and automation (as the goals are across various data sources such as google analytics, strava, etc) that its faster to update the spreadsheet manually every month.
It’s also a bit more mindful process of doing it as I don’t just glance over the results but check them manually and fill them in. It takes time, especially if you have some 60 goals, but the benefit of tracking it massively outweigh the effort.
Depending on your goals, Zapier is an extremely capable platform through which you can automate a lot. Probably not the answer you were hoping for, haha.
Hi Tomas,
It was not the answer I was hoping for, but more or less the one I was expecting to be honest 🙂 I use a similar system, but track things in Notion which allows for several automatic calculations to see how I am doing in regards to reaching my goals (like the nice graphs you have on this site).
The biggest ‘pain in the *ss’ is filling out the ‘checklists’ on a daily or weekly schedule. If I do that only once a month I will loose track of a lot of things as most don’t automatically track things which I could connect to Zapier or the sorts.
I do agree that taking the time to manually do them is a much more mindful proces and does tie me in to the actions and the results a lot more as well. It’s just that I simply don’t really like the act of keeping track of things when you have a lot of habits and goals setup (like the both of us).
So I was hoping for some sort of (quick) fix in this case, but I guess like all things that really matter in life: you just have to put the hard work in if you want to get the results 🙂
Keep doing what you do in any case and stay Awesome !!
1. Cool way of sharing your goals publicly, thanks for your transparency!
