Coaching Programs

The first step is to book the initial free consultation where we will discuss your situation and what coaching support you need. The consultation is often commented on as ‘mind opening’. If we both feel you’d get a great value from working together, I’ll decide what coaching program will be the best for you.

I don’t hard sell. On the contrary, if I don’t see that you’d get several times’ return on your investment, I won’t agree to coach you. 

PROGRAMS: My coaching programmes range from 3 to 12 months. We’ll have regular, typically fortnightly sessions that are either face-to-face or via video/phone calls. During the time we work together, I’m in your life available for support in between the sessions. 

SHIFT: Is a 1-on-1 one-day intensive full of coaching, from 10am to 6pm. This is ideal for re-planning and re-structuring your life, or resolving a complex life situation. It’s an intense, deep, and life-changing process.
